45 has ALREADY irreparably damaged the presidency. That being said NO ONE should be ABOVE the law. Executive Privilege was NEVER meant to protect CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.

only because of his own actions and what will be uncovered. Biden didn't have anything to do with Jan 6, who cares about asking for his records.
