Since it was released back in 1987, Planes, Trains and Automobiles has become a celebrated holiday classic in many homes. The film follows uptight control-freak Neal Page (Steve Martin) as he tries to make it home to his wife and kids for Thanksgiving. When a freak snow storm hits, causing all flights to be cancelled, Page must find another way to get back to his family. Along his journey Page runs into chatty salesman Del Griffith (John Candy) who ends up being his annoying new bunk mate. Together, the two men must find a way to stop bickering long enough to make it home for the holidays.
