Creamed Corn Bread with Bacon and Scallion (WLUK)

Ingredients:

  • 2 8.5 ounce boxes of jiffy corn bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 14.75 ounce can of cream style corn
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1bunch green onions chopped
  • 8 pieces of crispy bacon
  • Save the bacon fat for greasing the pan
  • Honey for drizzling over the top
