For a team that's leading the AFC, the Titans have some issues.

Besides their top receivers -- Julio Jones on injured reserve and A.J. Brown battling a rib injury -- being banged up, they are making a change at running back.

On Tuesday, veteran Adrian Peterson was released, so now they have D'Onta Foreman, Jeremy McNichols and Dontrell Hilliard on the active roster for Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Hilliard was elevated off the practice squad for last week's game against the Colts.

Derrick Henry is obviously on injured reserve, although there still remains hope he can return in January.

The Patriots will enter Sunday's game with the sixth-best rushing defense in the NFL.
