The Las Vegas Raiders are struggling entering their Week 12 matchup against Dallas, but there are things to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.

As the Las Vegas Raiders look to end their three-game losing streak this week against the Dallas Cowboys, the feeling around the team is that they are headed towards another second-half collapse. They have struggled to get anything going on offense, and the defense is suddenly looking more like the unit from 2019 and 2020.

However, this is a holiday week, and here, we look at some things to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.

A Goat and a Condor

We start out with two Day 3 draft picks who have become some of the faces of this Raiders franchise. Maxx Crosby and Hunter Renfrow are two players who seem to step up every time the team needs them to, and they are rounding into some of the better players at their respective positions in the league.

To think that Mike Mayock was able to get guys like this in the fourth and fifth rounds is pretty remarkable, and they will be a part of the solution moving forward. The Goat and the Condor embody what it means to be a Raider, as they are hard-nosed, tough players who go out and get the job done.
