During this webinar, participants will learn what communication etiquette means, why it’s fundamental for success, and how it contributes to an emotionally intelligent work environment. Participants also will identify personal, cultural, and environmental myths and practices that prevent respectful communication, and recognize the goals, strategies, styles, and approaches of successful work environments.
