Activision Creates Committee to Oversee Workplace Culture Issues

Activision Blizzard Inc. said it’s creating a workplace responsibility committee to oversee efforts to improve its corporate culture after multiple lawsuits and investigations over allegations of sexual misconduct and discrimination.

The video game company’s two women board members will make up the committee: Dawn Ostroff, who has been on the board since last year, and Reveta Bowers, who joined as an independent director in 2018. The company is also working to add a new, diverse director to the 10-member board, it said in a <-bsp-bb-link state="{"bbDocId":"R309Q0MEWG77","_id":"0000017d-4ea2-d108-a5fd-4ee7c8430000","_type":"0000016b-944a-dc2b-ab6b-d57ba1cc0000"}">statement.
