When asked about Mike Davis’ performance with the team this year.

“It hasn’t worked, especially when you see Qadree Ollison come in and pop off a 7-yarder on the same play,” Wyche said. “In preseason I was stunned they let D’Onta Foreman go, that dude looked like he had some giddy up. And now I’m looking at Tennessee they just cut Adrian Peterson, because D’Onta Foreman is gonna be the guy.”

Wyche talked about who the team could bring in to help the running game.

“They don’t have a dude with the juice, which is why I’m interested to see if they’re gonna make a move on Phillip Lindsay, who was let go by Houston," Wyche said. "He’s a pass-catching running back, he’s different from anybody they have in that backfield right now. And Lord knows if you want to save Matt Ryan from looking like Baker Mayfield, which is gonna happen with as much as he’s getting hit, you better have someone who can catch a swing pass and hot routes out of the backfield and that’s what someone like Phillip Lindsay can do.
