The Imagination Library launched in Belmont County in March 2020, but due to COVID-19, it's emergence went somewhat unnoticed.
The library is making another push this month to increase enrollment with a meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 30 at 2 p.m., at the St. Clairsville public library.
The program, which was founded with the help of country music legend Dolly Parton, delivers books to the child's front door every month.
“The kids love these books,” Debbie Stanton, program officer, Community Foundation Ohio Valley. “They love that the book comes in the mail with their name on it. It comes directly to the child. They're just excited to receive that book and see what's next. It's a program that's available ages 0-5. So, the books are appropriate for their ages."
