How impressed was Kirk Herbstreit by Alabama’s offense this past Saturday? Well, he put the entire unit among his top performing players of Week 12.

Herbstreit shared that list on Twitter on Tuesday, and while he didn’t name any individual SEC players on the list, he put the entire Crimson Tide offense at No. 2, behind only the Ohio State offense. Alabama had a strong showing in its 42-35 win over Arkansas, so Herbstreit’s selection made sense.

The Crimson Tide amassed 671 total yards of offense in their victory over the Razorbacks. They had 29 first downs, and they scored 39 points over the final 3 quarters.

It was another strong showing by quarterback Bryce Young, who continued his bid for the Heisman Trophy by passing for 559 yards and 5 touchdowns. He completed 31 of his 40 passing attempts.

But Young also couldn’t have had that type of performance alone. And that’s why Herbstreit praised the entire Alabama offense for that showing.

The Crimson Tide will look to keep rolling as they conclude the regular season with their Iron Bowl matchup against Auburn on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
