The Spartanburg Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a bike bandit. On Monday, an unidentified man stole a minibike from the Tractor Supply location on East Main Street in Spartanburg.
Police say, the man used cutting tools to sever a security cable, he then attached the minibike to his vehicle and left the scene.
