Papa named President, CEO of Duncaster Retirement Community

Kelly Smith Papa, who has served as interim chief executive officer of Bloomfield nonprofit Duncaster Retirement Community since July, has assumed the titles of CEO and president permanently.

Papa took over leadership of the organization on an interim basis following the retirement of longtime president Michael O’Brien. She had previously served as Duncaster’s vice president of strategy. Before joining Duncaster in 2019, Papa was the corporate director of learning at Masonicare.
