EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders' Stacey Slater is set to be devastated by Eve Unwin's latest scheme, as the latter orchestrates an unexpected deal with Kheerat Panesar.
In recent weeks, the Slaters and the Panesars have clashed over landlord Suki's plan to evict Stacey and her family. Meanwhile, Stacey's mum Jean (Gillian Wright) was left reeling when Stacey dropped the bombshell that she'd married fellow former convict Eve (Heather Peace) during her recent prison stay.
In upcoming scenes, the long-running BBC soap will see Eve try to win Jean over by giving her tips on how to woo Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman), as Harvey's mean son Aaron (Charlie Wernham) secret plies his father with vodka, slipping the stuff into his beer.

Later, it emerges that Suki (Balvinder Sopal) has bought the GP surgery and is keen for doctor and daughter Ash (Gurlaine Kaur Garcha) to transform it into a success.
When Eve collapses in the Minute Mart, she manages to convince Suki to persuade Ash to prescribe her strong painkillers, making out that she's got a nagging back injury that causes her grief on occasion. Ash is smitten when Eve turns on the charm, but her kindness threatens to come back to bite her when Eve reveals she has the upper hand.
That evening, Kheerat spots someone breaking into the office and tackles them to the ground. Who might the mystery criminal be?

Eve helps Jean prepare for her second date with Harvey, as Stacey starts voicing her suspicions about her new wife's injury. Elsewhere, Kheerat fumes when he learns from Ash that the Slaters tricked her.
Just as Jean and Harvey get chatting, Kheerat arrives and hands over the cash, insisting that it be the end of their family's feud.
Later, Eve refuses to tell Jean and Stacey what she did to change Kheerat's mind. But Stacey winds up finding out from Kheerat himself, and she's hurt by the truth.
EastEnders airs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on BBC One.
