Kelly Ripa's Son Michael Makes Big Confession on Instagram Ahead of 'Live' Appearance

Thanksgiving is all about spending time with family and eating good food. So, naturally, Kelly Ripa combined the two and invited her son Michael to cook a meal during an episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan. However, Michael revealed a tiny secret before his big appearance.

We’ve been spending the week preparing ourselves for the biggest Black Friday deals at Walmart and Amazon. But over at Live, as a continuation of “Live Family Cooking Week,” the TV personality’s eldest child paid a visit to the hit morning show for Tuesday’s episode. Ripa teased the appearance in an Instagram story early this morning, by sharing a picture of husband Mark Consuelos, Michael and their youngest child Joaquin.

“This turkey will be cooking up a Thanksgiving storm this morning on Live,” she wrote alongside the image tagging all three men. The 24-year-old re-shared the post on his own personal IG account. However, he also used the occasion to spill an extremely relevant secret.

“Should I tell her I nearly lit my kitchen on fire last week?” he captioned the post. Unfortunately, he provided no other context.

A few hours later, the official Live social media account shared a sweet clip of the mother-son duo from the set of the show. In the footage, Ripa is sporting an official apron while the pair make a series of funny poses for the camera.
