The agency is fining the eight a combined $160,000 dollars. Forty of that is for a passenger on a Southwest flight in California. He was arrested on landing in San Diego and accused of sexually assaulting a flight attendant, smoking dope in the lavatory and boozing it up during the flight after bringing his own alcohol aboard. That is strictly prohibited. In addition to the 40K fine, he's up on charges including public intoxication and resisting arrest.

Meanwhile, an American Airlines passenger's wallet is $32,000 lighter. He was flying from DFW Airport to Burbank, California. The cabin crew said he refused to wear a mask, threw his drink on the floor and stomped on it -- and then demanded another one. The flight attendants said "no."
