Obviously, we're all as obsessed as it gets with Selling Sunset and we couldn't be happier that series 4 is finally getting its long-awaited release. Well, somehow Netflix has managed to make us even happier with confirmation of Selling Sunset's very first spin-off series, Selling Tampa. In fact not only do we have confirmation that the show is coming, but we also have our first (very pink) teaser. Here's everything we know about Selling Tampa.
Is there a Selling Tampa trailer?
It's time to get even more excited, as the official Selling Tampa trailer is finally here! With just two weeks to go until the show launches, Netflix have treated us to a taster of exactly what we can expect from the new series. There are more huge houses, more glam and, of course, there's lots more drama between cast members.
Plus, the trailer introduces us to a bunch of the new realtors we'll be following as they get to work on the Florida market, and it's all very exciting.

What do we know about Selling Tampa?
The series follows the same premise as Selling Sunset, but this time it's focussing on an all-Black, all female firm named Allure Reality based in Florida.
The official Netflix synopsis reads:
"Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all-Black, all-female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast. These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate. Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won't let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality."
Who's starring in Selling Tampa?
We've got a whole new cast to get obsessed with, and we cannot wait. Alongside Sharelle Rosado, the cast includes a long list of glamorous realtors including Alexis Williams, Anne-Sophie Petit, Colony Reeves, Juawana Williams, Karla Giorgio, Rena Frazier and Tennille Moore.
When is Selling Tampa being released?
The best thing about the spin-off news is that we don't have to wait long to enjoy the new series, in fact we've got less than a month to go. Selling Tampa is being released on Netflix on 15th December, giving us just enough time to thoroughly stalk the entire cast on Instagram.
