OPINION: Mike Pence's return to New Hampshire could mean a run for President

Former Vice President Mike Pence is headed to New Hampshire, a state that has held the first Presidential race primary election for the last century, which leads some to believe this is the beginning of Pence’s run for President.

“I think that anytime you get a governor of a rather large state and a Vice President of the United States, you’re without a doubt going to have ambitions for the highest ring,” says Former Colorado Senator Ted Harvey.

According to Harvey, if former President Donald Trump wins the primaries, then it’ll be a landslide victory. However, if he doesn’t, Mike Pence will be at the top of the list.

“Without Trump making any firm decisions yet, I think it behooves everyone who has the interest to run to be out there getting as much face time as they possibly can,” Harvey says. “Pence is one of the most honorable men the Republican Party has ever had, so I think it’s going to be a tough race regardless.”
