POTTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WKBN)- One person was found dead after falling overboard from a barge on the Ohio River in Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
Crews were called to the Montgomery Lock and Dam in Potter Township Monday after someone fell into the Ohio River.
Reports say that the victim has not been identified.
