With all the excitement of Selling Sunset finally returning for season 4 this week, it's easy to forget that there are a number of Netflix spin-offs on the way too.
One of those is Selling Tampa, which will take fans to Florida and focus on an all-Black and female estate agent firm called Allure Realty.
Led by Sharelle Rosado, the show's cast includes Alexis Williams, Anne-Sophie Petit, Colony Reeves, Juawana Williams, Karla Giorgio, Rena Frazier and Tennille Moore.

In a brief new teaser for the show, which is tied in with a look at the new season of Selling Sunset, we get a look at the Tampa cast. The clip also confirms that the show will premiere on December 15.
"Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all-Black, all-female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast," Selling Tampa's synopsis reads.
"These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate.
"Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won't let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality."

The teaser comes a few weeks after we were given a trailer for Selling Sunset season 4, which introduced new cast members Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan.
However, it looks like the newcomers are already causing a stir at the Oppenheim Group, as tension arises between them and the firm's veterans Mary Fitzgerald and Christine Quinn.
Alongside Selling Sunset and Selling Tampa, Netflix is also lining up another spin-off called Selling the OC, which sees Jason Oppenheim expand to Orange County, CA.
Selling Tampa will premiere on Netflix on December 15. Selling Sunset seasons 1 to 3 are available to stream on Netflix now. Season 4 is set to premiere on November 24.
