Apple’s colorful new HomePod mini models now available in 8 more countries
Apple is continuing the release of its colourful new HomePod mini models as promised, with customers in Austria, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and the UK now able to order the speakers online or through the Apple Store app.
In somewhat of a surprise announcement at Apple’s “Unleashed” keynote in October, Apple introduced three new colors to the HomePod mini lineup: yellow, orange, and blue.
The speakers feature all the same specs as the original HomePod mini, including an Apple-designed acoustic waveguide for a 360-degree audio experience, a three-microphone array to listen for “Hey Siri” commands, smart home controls, and more.
The speakers were released to customers in the United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan at the beginning of November, followed by a release in Australia and New Zealand earlier today.
