The Memphis Grizzlies just took down one of the best teams in the NBA in the Utah Jazz, thanks in large part to Jaren Jackson Jr.'s clutch game-winning triple. For his part, Ja Morant couldn't help but be proud of his team and JJJ for a job well done.

After the Grizzlies claimed the 119-118 win, Morant took to Twitter to share his reaction. He kept things simple, but it only reflects his hunger and motivation to prove their doubters wrong.

Morant also gave a shoutout to Jackson, who definitely stepped up big time in the game as the Grizzlies kept the game close throughout.

With less than 10 seconds left on the clock and the Jazz leading 118-116, Ja Morant collapsed the defense as he attacked the basket. After taking all the attention from the defense, Morant kicked out the ball to a wide-open Jaren Jackson Jr. from the 3-point line. Of course, the 22-year-old big man didn't waste the opportunity presented to him and easily drained the game-winner–much to the hype and delight of the visiting fans who traveled to Utah to watch the team.

For his part, JJJ credited Morant for the “great pass” that led to the winning triple. He also highlighted the “great timing” of the assist, especially since he was 3-of-10 from beyond the arc prior to making that clutch shot.

The Grizzlies continue to foster that Grit and Grind mentality of the franchise, and with the way things are developing, this Memphis team could be difficult to take down come playoff time.
