It's official: there's no party like a Cardi B party! The 29-year-old rapper made her hosting debut at the 2021 American Music Awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday night. Just as we expected, Cardi brought her larger-than-life personality to the stage and kept viewers entertained down to the very last minute. Seconds after making her grand entrance, she told the crowd, "I ain't gonna lie. I'm a little nervous. I'm sweating." When She Invited JoJo Siwa to Her House For Christmas

During her opening monologue, Cardi shared a funny story about trying to nab JoJo for her daughter Kulture's princess-themed birthday party in July. "So my husband, he was trying to get JoJo Siwa for my daughter's birthday party but she is booked and busy," she said. "So JoJo Siwa, could you please come see my daughter at Christmas? I know you cost a lot of money. Let me tell you something. Y'all rappers don't got nothing on JoJo Siwa."

Minutes later, when JoJo took the stage to announce the winner award for best pop group or duo, she responded to Cardi's request! "Cardi, I'm going to see what I can do and I'm going to try and make Christmas happen, I promise. Putting it in my phone right now."

"Oh my god, I'm so famous! Thank you so much Bardi Gang, thank you to my fans, to my new fans, to the ones that been holding me down all these years, thank you for voting for me," she said while accepting her award for favorite hip-hop song. "And thank you, Jesus! Always gotta thank Jesus! But I gotta go host!"
