“I feel pretty good. It always feels great to get a win on this stage. I’m always grateful for every opportunity that I have here. … There are things that I definitely could’ve done better, but I’m just happy to get a good win over a real gritty, grindy opponent like Tucker. He fought on a regional circuit in a similar area to the one I was on. I’d heard his name throughout the years and kind of knew our paths would always meet but I’m glad it was on this stage.”

Sabatini on the recent success of Renzo Gracie Philadelphia

“I’ll tell you what. It’s even crazier to see from my angle because I see it every day. Just even the guys coming up that the world doesn’t know about yet, but will know about, it’s incredible. (We’re) just a hard-working group. We love each other. We’re family. When we’re down, we bring each other up. When we’re up, we keep each other up. It’s just a great environment for great things to come out of.”

Sabatini on what he wants next

“I definitely want to take maybe like this holiday (off) and then ease my way back into training, start 2022 off with whoever they through at me. I won’t say no.”
