Halo Infinite‘s shadow release of its multiplayer mode has been successful. And just like any successful game that can potentially be an esport, no less than a Halo title, then there will be talks of pros entering the fray. Both newcomers and returning pros from other games are expected to take a leap, and one of these people may turn out to be TSM's Snip3down.

It's no surprise that Eric “Snip3down” Wrona would be doing this at this point in his career. He is, after all, a former Halo pro who competed during the days of Halo Reach. Now, with the release of Halo Infinite, he has decided to leave his Apex Legends squad to pursue a comeback career in Halo. His decision to leave came just after his squad finished second in Round 4 of the Apex Legends Global Series Split 1. After finishing the final match of the tournament day, Snip3down sat for several minutes on his stream silently. After his stream, he would tweet a cryptic message that all but confirms his move.

Speculation on Snip3down's move to Halo has been going on for a while, especially since he's been competing in a Halo Infinite tournament as well. While Snip3down has not yet made an official announcement, and while TSM has not yet responded to these rumors, it's easy to see that Snip3down might head back to Halo and become the new face of Halo Infinite in the coming months.
