The FAA is investigating a plane crash in Bibb County which sent a pilot to the hospital Sunday.Officials said the Cessna 210 Centurion made an emergency landing at 10:26 a.m. in a field in Brent, three miles west of the Bibb County Airport. The pilot was the only person aboard the single engine plane which is registered to Beavers Air LLC out of Fort Walton Beach, Fla. The pilot was taken to DCH Regional Medical Center, but that person's name and condition have not been released. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
