Emmerdale is in need of a new power couple, and Isobel Steele reckons she has the pair for the job.
The actress, who plays the troubled Liv Flaherty on the ITV soap, said she would love to see Liv reunite with Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson).
The former on-screen couple were a casualty of Liv's alcoholism and broke up earlier this year, but Isobel thinks they can make it through.
"I was chatting to Bradley Johnson the other day and we both want them to be together," Steele told Inside Soap. "I think they are such an interesting mix.
"If they can overcome all of this, nothing will stop them. I think they have the potential to be an Emmerdale power couple.
"While they are in their early 20s, they might have storylines as a couple, not just individuals," she explained. "I'm biased about them, though, as I just want to work with Bradley as much as I can."
As Liv's drinking got worse so did her behaviour and she took it out on those closest to her, so Vinny got the brunt of it, and they broke up for good when Liv hit him during an outburst.
After she returned from visiting her mum Sandra, she tried to persuade Vinny to move back into Mill Cottage with her and Aaron, but he refused and she lost her temper and slapped him.
This devastated Vinny, who previously endured months of attacks from his violent father Paul Ashdale. He told Liv never to come near him again.

It's been rough for Liv lately, and she opened up on how real the emotions get when she filmed tough scenes with Danny Miller, who played her big brother, Aaron.
"It's hard to see Danny so genuinely upset when he taps into that emotion," Steele said. "When you have a real-life relationship like we do, where we love each other, it's quite difficult and sometimes your emotion can be a bit too much for the scene.
"It's a very vulnerable moment. But we end up more pleased with our performances when it looks as though we are trying to hold back the tears, rather than turning them on for the camera."
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
