Things are heating up in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 as the anime draws closer to the conclusion of the Mugen Train arc. After the events in the sixth episode, fans are already looking forward to the climactic fight between Rengoku Kyojuro and Akaza, who suddenly appeared to confront them. Now the official title and release date for Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 7 has been revealed along with the key visual.
The key visual was shared by the official Demon Slayer Twitter account along with new details about the second season's Episode 6. The image puts the focus on an injured Rengoku, whose eye has been badly wounded in the fight against Akaza. Check it out below.
Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 7 is titled Set Your Heart Ablaze ("Kokoro o Moyase"). It's a tease at things to come as Rengoku continues to fight against Akaza despite being severely injured in their match. Will the Flame Hashira succeed or will he become one of the demon's unfortunate victims? We'll find out for sure when the episode airs next week.
In Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 6, Rengoku faced off against Akaza and at one point, it looked like he had managed to land a fatal blow. However, to Tanjiro and Inosuke's shock, it is revealed that the demon was not injured. However, the Flame Hashira appeared to be badly injured and was not responding to Tanjiro calling his name.
The seventh episode is the final episode in Demon Slayer Season 2's Mugen Train arc. It is also set to be one of the most emotional episodes of the anime as the young Demon Slayers realize what will happen to the man they look up to.
