Who's Playing

Indianapolis @ Buffalo

Current Records: Indianapolis 5-5; Buffalo 6-3

What to Know

After a three-game homestand, the Indianapolis Colts will be on the road. They will take on the Buffalo Bills at 1 p.m. ET Sunday at Highmark Stadium. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous games.

Indianapolis didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars last week, but they still walked away with a 23-17 win. The team accrued 20 points in the first half and coasted on those for the victory. It was another big night for the Colts' RB Jonathan Taylor, who rushed for one TD and 116 yards on 21 carries.

Special teams collected 11 points for Indianapolis. K Mike Badgley delivered a perfect 3-for-3 game.

Meanwhile, Buffalo took their contest against the New York Jets last week by a conclusive 45-17 score. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Buffalo had established a 38-3 advantage. WR Stefon Diggs was the offensive standout of the contest for Buffalo, catching eight passes for one TD and 162 yards.

The Bills' defense was a force to be reckoned with, as it collected four interceptions and one fumble. Those interceptions were spread across their defensive unit.

The Colts are expected to lose this next one by 7. Those burned by picking them against the spread last week might want to keep in mind that the squad has not yet dropped back-to-back games against the spread this season.

It was close but no cigar for Indianapolis as they fell 27-24 to Buffalo when the two teams previously met in January. The loss knocked Indianapolis out of the playoffs, so expect them to come at Buffalo with a vengeful fire.
