Andreoff was brought up from the minors Saturday, Christian Arnold of the NYI Hockey Now reports.
Andreoff should be in the mix to suit up in Saturday's matchup against the Flames as the club deals with a COVID-19 outbreak. Once the Isles get back to 100 percent, Andreoff figures to find himself back in the minors for the bulk of the season.
