Anna Friel transforms into her police officer character who suffers supernatural nightmares as she gears up for psychological thriller The Box
She's known for her starring role as a police detective in the ITV crime drama, Marcella.
And on Saturday, Anna Friel, donned her police attire once more as she geared up for the new Viaplay production, The Box in Stockholm, Sweden.
The 45-year-old actress will take on the lead role for the seven part supernatural thriller series that is set to air in the UK in 2022.

The award-winning actress could been seen inside the purposefully constructed US style police station as she posed for a series photos.

She wore an oversized white shirt and work trousers complete with police holster with a badge and gun.
Anna will star as Kansas police officer, Sharon Pici, who becomes obsessed with an investigation and begins to experience supernatural nightmares.
Surrounded by male collogues who believe that she is losing her mind, Sharon decides to take the investigation in to her own hands.
She will star alongside Swedish actor Alexander Karim, 45, who will play her partner and Armageddon actor Peter Stormare, 68, who will take on the role of the police station manager.
Filming for the series has been taking place in Sweden since early this year, with further details and a trailer yet to be released.
The series will be produced by Eyewitness creator Adi Hasak and it is understood that it will be available to stream in the UK in early 2022 after its Nordic premier later this month.
The Box will be Anna's first series since her title role in the well-received Netflix series, Marcella, for which she received an Emmy Award.
Elsewhere, Anna has been working on the Fox drama series, The Monarch about a scandalous American family, the Romans.
Anna plays the role of Nicolette ‘Nicky’ Roman, who works to secure her own musical stardom as she battles her alongside her family members.
The drama, follows the lives of the insanely talented family as they fight to keep their country music legacy.
