The Vegas Golden Knights have been dealing with a lot of injuries over the course of the season. However, they are going out there and proving all the doubters wrong for saying they are only good because of Mark Stone, and Max Pacioretty.

After a great win against the Detroit Red Wings on Thursday, the Knights are going to be looking to get back-to-back wins tonight. The Detroit Red Wings and the Vegas Golden Knights faced off in Detroit earlier on this season. In that game the Knights lost: 5-2. However, since that point, things are starting to look up for the Vegas Golden Knights.

The Vegas Golden Knights took the ice for morning skate prior to tonight’s game against the Columbus Blue Jackets. After witnessing the Vegas Golden Knights morning skate, there were a nice surprise. Before I get too much further into explaining what happened, just know- Things are starting to look up for Vegas Golden Knight fans.

Prior to the game against the Vancouver Canucks, the Vegas Golden Knights had a nice surprise. It was reported by multiple insiders that, prior to the game that captain, Mark Stone, was going to return for the first time in 12 games. In that game, Stone had one assist.

Next, before the Vegas Golden Knights took on the Detroit Red Wings, it was reported that defenseman, Zach Whitecloud, was going to available. In that game, Whitecloud had two shots on goal and was able to put both of them in for two goals. Now, if all things go as planned, the Vegas Golden Knights could see some production tonight from the Knights potential return against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Prior to the game tonight, there was a presence on the ice that was felt and heard all throughout Knight twitter. Just a game after defenseman, Zach Whitecloud, made his return–Max Pacioretty was skating and taking line rushes. All signs are pointing to him being available tonight.

Only just a couple days after being notified that forward, Jonathan Marchessault, was going to be heading to the COVID-19 protocol, all signs are pointing to having Max Pacioretty back. Being able to see all these players they lost early on in the season coming back–it’s exciting to see. Hopefully this only continues to help the Vegas Golden Knights win.
