Auto manufacturers spend millions of dollars on design work, and sometimes they get it horribly wrong. We've all seen the Pontiac Aztek, and who could forget every Toyota Prius ever made? Sometimes even the most stylish of manufacturers get it wrong. We're looking at you BMW. The famed German manufacturer shocked the world when it released images of its absolutely massive grille on the BMW 4 Series back in 2020, and the dust hasn't completely settled. The company has doubled down in recent months, stating that the comically large grille, which also features on the BMW X7 SUV, is here to stay. Now Chinese manufacturer Voyah, the luxury arm of Dongfeng, has taken things a step further with a grille that makes any modern BMW look like its mute.

The vehicle in question isn't a sexy coupe or hardcore off-road machine, but a humble minivan. That being said, this is one good-looking vehicle. Called the Voyah Dreamer, this minivan has a premium look to it that reminds us of the striking Lexus LM. The Dreamer features sleek surfaces, tons of glass, and lots of chrome accents. The side profile is clean and tasteful, and the rear-end is just as tasteful. It's at the front end where things get interesting. The massive majority of front-end surface area is taken up by one of the largest grilles we've ever seen. The headlights fade into obscurity, and even the side vents are as large as your average car's main grille. The grille features an interesting parent and the Voyah logo seems to be integrated into the grille. It doesn't look altogether terrible, but it's sure to turn some heads.

The Dreamer is a sizable thing and measures 209.3 inches long, 78 inches wide, and 71.3 inches tall. It rides on a 126-inch wheelbase. Inside, this Chinese people mover brings oodles of style and offers a 2+2 seating configuration which means tons of legroom and space in general. The interior styling has a Maybach feel to it and features ambient interior lighting, a white and blue upholstery theme, and fully reclining seats. The Dreamer will be available in both BEV and PHEV configurations. The fully electric AWD model is said to produce 684 horsepower and 767 lb-ft of torque from its 88-kWh battery and dual electric motor setup. That should make it one of the quickest minivans ever.
