Victoria Beckham loves trousers — wide-leg, front-slit, oversized, you name it, she's probably worn them. She also likes pencil skirts, and she seems to be fond of elegant suits, too. And while we see the designer less frequently in low-key looks, when we do, we're all ears — especially when it's Beckham in jeans!

The designer recently spilled the beans on her favorite jeans, and we're actually not that surprised by her pick. Spoiler alert: They're flares! Beckham loves anything with a little extra volume around the leg (ehem, like these wide-leg trousers), so her fondness for flared jeans makes a lot of sense.

Flares are one bygone trend experiencing a renaissance, and yes, we're totally on board. Flares are fun! They're flirty! They give an outfit a lot more dimension than a pair of skinnies. But don't take that as us being anti-skinny jeans. We love skinnies just as much as Kate Middleton does, but there's just something about flares — maybe the sass or maybe the nostalgia — that makes one feel kinda, sorta invincible when wearing them.
