Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon celebrate 'The Morning Show' second season finale: 'Goodbye for now'

The Morning Show released its second season finale to Apple TV Plus on Thursday.

Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, who star respectively as news anchors Alex Levy and Bradley Jackson, are reveling in a job well done:

"Goodbye for now to my @themorningshow family," Aniston wrote in her emoji-filled caption. "We made it. Crawled to the finish line… and I could not be prouder of each and every one of these extraordinary actors, a crew that you can only dream of, and directors that held my hand on quite a wild journey of emotions … to say the least. Thank you guys for being part of the ride. That’s a wrap, baby!"

The Morning Show first premiered Nov. 1, 2019, and wrapped its 10-episode first season all the way back on Dec. 20, 2019. The second season didn't hit the streaming service until this September because of a series of COVID-related delays.

The Emmy-winning series has not yet been renewed for a third season.
