I honestly have found it easier to quit drugs then it is cigarettes. I quit cold turkey from drugs when I found out I was pregnant with my son (13yrs ago...he's 12) but I have a harder time quitting cigarettes I've been smoking since I was 15 so 17yrs.

I started smoking in 1962. I still smoke and I’m very healthy. I stopped listening to propaganda in 1968, maybe that’s why I’m healthy. The only issue I have is arthritis (slight case) and slightly elevated BP but show me a 75 year old that doesn’t.
