After 15 years, Natalie Morales is saying goodbye to the Today Show. The longtime West Coast anchor previously announced her exit in October.

“Dear viewers… From the minute I stepped in front of the camera and into your living rooms, I knew it was an honor to be part of your morning tradition, the most sacred time,” she wrote in a letter read on air. “Thank you for all those mornings and the lifetime of memories we now share. With all my love and gratitude, Natalie.”

Natalie Morales is joining the cast of CBS’ daytime show The Talk, joining hosts Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Jerry O’Connell, and Sheryl Underwood.

WHO IS NATALIE MORALES REPLACING ON THE TALK?

Morales is taking up the last open spot on The Talk after the recent departure of former co-hosts Carrie Ann Inaba, Elaine Welteroth, and Sharon Osbourne. Inaba and Welteroth left the show in August, while Osbourne parted ways with The Talk in March after being investigated by CBS for controversial comments she made on the show.
