Kevin Labanc will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Friday.

The San Jose Sharks forward is facing discipline for slew-footing St. Louis Blues center Tyler Bozak.
The incident occurred at 8:59 of the first period in the Sharks' 4-1 loss at Enterprise Center in St. Louis on Thursday. Labanc was given a minor penalty for tripping. Bozak remained in the game.
The following grounds are being considered for supplemental discipline: slew-footing. However, the Department of Player Safety retains the right to make adjustments to the infraction upon review.
