Kansas City, MO: Wanda Lucille Jones, 78, of Kansas City, formerly of Princeton and Cainsville, died Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Avon Lea Care Home, Kansas City, Missouri. Wanda was born October 29, 1943 in Modena, Missouri to Sherman and Geraldine (Hamilton) Woods.
Wanda married Frank Dean Jones on July 10, 1965 in Cainsville. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Cainsville. Wanda owned and operated a beauty shop in her home. Wanda graduated from Princeton High School in 1961, and Caster Beauty School in St. Joseph.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Sherman and Geraldine; Husband: Frank; Brother: Richard.
Wanda is survived by her Sister: Elizabeth Ceradsky, Kansas City; brother: Phillip Woods, Princeton; nieces and nephews.
Wanda has been cremated under the direction of Bethany Memorial Chapel. Memorial services, Tuesday, November 23 at First Christian Church, Cainsville and joint inurnment for Frank and Wanda at the Hamilton Cemetery, Modena with Military Honors provided for Frank.
