Every week the computer picks somebody to come to the Rock and Roll Mansion and host an hour of music that they choose.  (You want in, sign up here!)  I never know what I'm going to get from that host.  Will it be the rock you hear every day?  Will it be more alt or indie-sounding?  Will it be screaming guitars and blistering vocals that will melt your face off?  We've had it all!

This week, when I saw the computer pick Terry as the I-Host, I knew exactly what we were in for.  Terry is one of those that always request not just the heavy, but the heavy and obscure.  Which is awesome!  He actually sent me tons of tracks from his CD collection so I didn't have to go find him.  That is a great way to request a song.  "Hey I want to hear this one...here it is."  Nice and simple for me!

Now you might be thinking that picture of Terry looks familiar.  That's probably because you've seen Terry around.  He goes to all the shows in town and a lot out of town.  But also because you've seen Terry riding his bike around town with an I-Rock 93.5 flag attached to it.  Here is a pic from this summer that was sent to me.

Ghost In Our Iowa Basement?

As a radio station, we have a lot of people here who have seen some scary stuff. Do you see any ghosts in these photos? I can't, but I also don't know what to look for.

This Isn't The First Face Caught On Camera Here!
In September of 2020 the band "Pit Lord" came to the building to shoot a music video. They shot it in the basement and for a split second in the recording, you can make out a face of what looks to be a woman. You can see that video here.

With a history of ghosts, it's safe to say the basement of our building is CREEPY!
