Zac Stacy’s ex calls for more charges after former Jet’s vicious caught-on-video attack

Former Jets player Zac Stacy was arrested in Florida Thursday night after allegedly attacking his ex-girlfriend in front of their 5-month-old son last weekend, authorities said.

The 30-year-old former NFL running back was charged with aggravated battery and criminal mischief over the assault of his baby’s mother, Kristin Evans, at her Oakland, Fla., home on Saturday, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

Cops had said Stacy fled Florida after the attack, which was caught on video, but records show he was arrested by Orlando police.

At a court appearance Friday, a judge ordered Stacy to turn in his passport, surrender any guns and have no contact with the victim, WESH-TV reported. The former athlete is being held in Orange County Jail with bond set at $10,150, the station said.

“CONVICTION & SENTENCING NEXT!” she added.

Stacy allegedly flew into a rage after arriving at Evans’ home to visit their son.

He “struck [her] on the right side of her head, and picked her up and threw her against the television, causing it to crack and fall over,” according to police.

“He continued yelling at her and striking her while she got up from the floor, and picked her up again and threw her into the baby’s bouncy chair,” said an arrest affidavit obtained by The Post.

“While she was still on the floor pleading for him to stop, he picked her up and body-slammed her onto a baby walker, causing the object to break.”

In a restraining order, Evans claimed Stacy had been abusing her since she became pregnant with his child last year, with the attacks escalating.

She said she had filed a police report in October after Stacy allegedly slapped her while she was holding their son.

Evans called for more charges to against Stacy after his arrest.

“Personally I feel the state should have several more charges, but thank you to everyone who made this possible!!! We are halfway there,” she wrote on Instagram early Friday. “CONVICTION & SENTENCING NEXT!”

Evans also posted an image on her Instagram Stories of late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg with the quote: “If you are neutral in situations of injustice you have chosen to side with the oppressors.”

Another quote posted by the mom read, “How you respond to something says more about you than it does about them.”

Police said they previously responded to two other domestic incidents involving the couple.

The first incident, on Aug 16, was a “verbal altercation,” and Evans told police “no violence occurred.”

Police were again called on Sept. 26 after Stacy allegedly hit Evans in the face with a handful of mail and fled before police arrived.

Evans declined to press charges, but the Oakland Police Department filed a domestic-violence battery charge with the state attorney general anyway, cops said.

Meanwhile, Evans launched a GoFundMe campaign to help domestic-violence victims.

“I want to encourage all men and women who have been a victim of domestic violence to reach out to your local domestic violence center for help and I would like to help provide better resources for them,” she wrote on the page.

As of late Friday, the drive had raised more than $2,800.

Stacy, a former fifth-round NFL pick, played in eight games for the Jets in 2015. Before that, he was a St. Louis Ram for two years.
