One injured during central Pa. shooting in broad daylight

Police are looking for the people involved in a Thursday afternoon shooting on a York County street.

West Manchester Township police said one person was shot around 3 p.m. in the area of West King Street and Hokes Mill Road.

The victim was taken to York Hospital for treatment, police said.

West Manchester Township police are actively investigating the shooting. They are asking anyone who witnessed anything — as well as residents and business owners who have outdoor surveillance cameras — to call police at 717-792-9514.
