Being one of the world's most famous couples, it's understandable that secret date nights for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are very few and far between. Like their Royal relatives Prince William and Kate Middleton, who rely on "protective" locals to help them enjoy couple time on the down-low, Meghan recently revealed that she and Harry once went out in fancy dress to keep their night out hidden from the public's attention.

Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the Duchess of Sussex opened up about how she and Harry managed to sneak in "one final night on the town" before announcing their relationship to the world.

It happened back in 2016 when the duo were joined by Princess Eugenie and her now-husband Jack Brooksbank in Toronto, Canada. "The four of us snuck out in Halloween costumes to just have one fun night on the town before it was out in the world that we were a couple," Meghan admitted.

"It was a post-apocalypse theme. So we had all this very bizarre costuming on and we were able to just sort of have one final fun night out." We literally *need* to know what those costumes looked like.

On the topic of Halloween, Meghan revealed that they still celebrate the spooky season, now with their two children – two-year-old Archie Harrison and five-month-old Lilibet Diana. The former Suits star explained how this year, Archie dressed up as a dinosaur, while little sister Lili was a "little skunk like Flower from Bambi." How adorable.

But the Halloween fun didn't last too long this year, with the 40-year-old pointing out that Archie was "not into" it at all, taking off his dinosaur costume after just five minutes.

One thing little Archie is very much into however, is his family's chickens. Sharing a photo of the little one out collecting eggs from the Sussexes' chicken coop, Meghan gave us all an insight into their life over in Montecito, California. The photo went down a real treat with royal fans, who couldn't help but comment on the two-year-old's similarities with Prince Harry, pointing out how he's inherited his red hair.

As for Lili, in a rare update, Meghan explained that her first daughter has just started teething, asking viewers of the show for any tips they might have to help relieve her pain.
