A Waukesha County QAnon supporter who shot Army servicemembers with a paintball gun in March will spend 14 months in prison followed by one year of supervised release.
A judge handed down that sentence Thursday for Ian Olson, of Nashotah.
In March, Olson shouted "This is for America" before opening fire at the Pewaukee Army Reserve.
Olson's car was spray-painted with words and symbols associated with the QAnon conspiracy theory.
At sentencing, U.S. District Judge Brett Ludwig said Olson's conduct showed disrespect for the country, rule of law and military personnel.
He added said any feelings of anger about world events did not justify Olson's unprovoked attack.
