While the red hot commercial performance of Taylor Swift‘s latest effort – the re-release of her fourth studio album ‘Red’ – is set to be accompanied by a number of history-making accolades, two tower above the rest.

As we reported here, ‘Red (Taylor’s Version)’ has already been named a shoo-in for the top of the Billboard 200 next week thanks to predicted first-week sales of nearly 500,000.
Now, courtesy of blockbuster response on streaming outlets, industry analysts are saying the project’s single – ‘All Too Well’ – will debut atop next week’s Hot 100as well, unseating the four-week reign of current chart champion Adele and her song ‘Easy on Me.’
If Swift edges out her competition, this will mark the third time of her career she has work debut atop the Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100 in the same week. No other artist can boast having done so as many times.
Note: Previously, her hit ‘Cardigan’ opened at #1 the same week its parent album, ‘Folklore,’ premiered atop the Billboard 200. The feat was repeated when her song ‘Willow’ debuted atop the Hot 100 the same week its parent album, ‘Evermore,’ did the same on the Billboard 200.
What’s more, ‘All Too Well’ – at a whopping 10 minutes long – would become the song with the longest runtime ever to nab the chart championship. The current owner of that record is Don McLean‘s 1972 classic #1 hit, ‘American Pie,’ which is 8 minutes and 37 seconds long.
