Coronation Street spoilers follow.

Coronation Street aired some scary scenes for Kelly Neelan tonight (November 17), as her homeless storyline continues.

Kelly started sleeping rough after fleeing from the supported living residence earlier this week, and unfortunately in tonight's episodes, things got worse for her. As she was about to answer a phone call from Imran Habeeb, her phone's battery died.

Kelly tried to charge her phone in a hotel foyer, but a receptionist caught her and asked her what room she was in. A man named Alan intervened and covered for her, but made a pass at her and she decided to get out of there, only to find that her stuff had been stolen.

She tried reaching out to Aadi Alahan, but was unable to get in touch with him because he was making amends with Dev, so felt that she had to go and stay with creepy Alan.

In the second episode, she showed that she had no intention of sleeping with him, as she told him to go shower and then nicked his wallet and got her coat to leave. Unfortunately for her, Alan caught her and started to attack her, and she narrowly managed to escape. She ignored a call from Toyah Battersby as she broke down in tears on the street.

Kelly got a small glimmer of hope later on when she called up Aadi and he said she could stay with him, but as she approached the house she overheard Asha telling Aadi that she isn't welcome back on the cobbles, and ran off before Asha calmed down.

Calling up Aadi again, she told him that she's now staying with her mum, but he suspected that she was hiding something. Meanwhile, Imran and Toyah resolved to find and protect her no matter what.

Will Kelly's loved ones be able to help her before she gets in a really bad situation?

Coronation Street airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
