Kitchen, the upscale chef-driven eatery with locations in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, has resurrected its popular Prep Kitchen Grab & Go Lunch. Visitors to the West Palm location can once again order salads, sandwiches, soups, drinks, and desserts to go. Favorites include the Aubergine sandwich with fried eggplant, roasted peppers, arugula, burrata, balsamic, and extra-virgin olive, as well as The Veg salad with quinoa, corn, chickpeas, butternut squash, avocado, beets, alfalfa sprouts, tomato, arugula, and romaine. Prep Kitchen Grab & Go is available Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

To get the full Kitchen experience, have dinner at either the West Palm location in El Cid or Kitchen North in Palm Beach Gardens. The former opened in 2013, while the latter recently celebrated its one-year anniversary. Both boast innovative continental classics from chef Matthew Byrne and warm hospitality courtesy of his wife, Aliza. Begin with the crispy cheesesteak spring rolls—an ode to the Byrnes’ Philadelphia roots—before continuing with the chef’s signature chicken schnitzel and the to-die-for coconut cake.
