Philadelphia 76ers fans haven't been bashful about their frustration against Ben Simmons. One Sixers fan was even more concerned about his anger towards Big Ben than his car getting hit in real life.
The radio talk show Angelo Cataldi and the Morning Team on 94WIP took a caller on their program who introduced himself as “James”. The Sixers fan was adamant about voicing out his frustration at Ben Simmons that he just nonchalantly mentioned he was a victim of a hit and run.
Via Barrett Sports Media:
“We are doing great,” Cataldi said to the caller. “What’s on your mind, bro?”
“Oh, not bad,” James said. “someone just hit my car…and they are driving off, that’s ok.” “They swerved into my lane,” the Sixers fan continued. “Oh well, anyway, I was calling about Ben Simmons.”
“You just got into a car accident, and you’re calling about Ben Simmons?” Cataldi said in a puzzled tone.
“Yeah, cuz he annoys me more than someone hitting me with their car and driving off,” James responded.

Now that's dedication. The Sixers star has been missing in action as both sides tried to work towards a mutual separation. But with a trade still not on the horizon, James will unfortunately still have to deal with Ben Simmons in town along with his dinged vehicle.
