Britney Spears ‘thinking of having another baby’ now that conservatorship is over

Oh baby, baby…

Britney Spears took to Instagram on Tuesday to announce she’d like to expand her family after being freed from her nearly 14-year conservatorship last week.

“I’m thinking about having another baby!!!” the 39-year old superstar captioned a black-and-white image of adult feet next to those of a child standing on their tiptoes.

“I wonder if this one is a girl,” she added. “She’s on her toes reaching for something … that’s for sure 🐣🙊💋💅🏼 !!!!⁣”

The pop icon has previously acknowledged that she’d like to become a mom for the third time but alleged in court this summer that she was unable to do so due to the conservatorship headed by her estranged father, Jamie Spears.

Among other shocking claims, Britney told Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny that, under the arrangement — established in 2008 — she was forced to have an IUD contraceptive inserted to prevent another pregnancy. (Spears shares sons Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, with ex-husband Kevin Federline.)

“I would like to progressively move forward and I want to have the real deal. I want to be able to get married and have a baby,” Britney said during her virtual testimony in June. “I have an [IUD] inside of myself so I don’t get pregnant. They don’t want me to have children — any more children.”

Jamie, 69, was suspended from his famous daughter’s conservatorship in September. It was dissolved altogether on Nov. 12, delighting Britney, her attorney Mathew Rosengart, her fiancé, Sam Asgahri — and legions of fans who took part in the #FreeBritney movement.

Britney — who accepted a proposal from Asghari, 27, in September and recently revealed that a Versace wedding dress is in the works — told People in 2017 that there was “nothing more rewarding” than her role as a mother.

“My kids come first, always,” she explained. “I am so lucky that I get to experience all of life’s adventures with them.”
