Cole Swindell and Lainey Wilson Tease New Duet, ‘Never Say Never’

Cole Swindell and Lainey Wilson are teaming up for a new duet, “Never Say Never,” which will be released this Thursday (11/18). The artists teased the new song on their social media accounts with a playful video in which they asked each other questions that all resulted in the same answer: “never.”

“Hey Cole, I have a flat tire. Want to go out there and help me change it?” Wilson asked Swindell.

“I’d never have to. We all know you know how to do that,” responded Swindell.

Swindell then turned the tables on Wilson, asking her if she’d like to switch hats with him. “No, never. Sorry about it,” responded Wilson.

The video continues with Wilson asking Swindell if she can buy him bell bottom pants and Swindell asking Wilson if he can get her a White Claw. In the end, Wilson proposes something that Swindell can finally agree to.

“What do you say we do a song together?” asks Wilson.

“I’d never say never with you,” replied Swindell, before the video transitioned to a short audio clip of the song.

“I’ve been waiting a long time for this one,” Swindell wrote alongside the post. “@laineywilsonmusic LET’S GO. #NeverSayNever comes out THURSDAY.”

Wilson also shared the video, writing, “@coleswindell, I think we got us a good one. Super excited to share this one with y’all on Thursday!”

The tune follows Swindell’s latest No. 1 single, “Single Saturday Night,” and Wilson’s “Things A Man Oughta Know,” which also topped the charts.
