And if you watch the trailer closely, you’ll spot Boston.

The movie, after delays due to the coronavirus pandemic, filmed several scenes in Boston last year and issued a call to the public for extras.

The comedy, which is directed by Adam McKay, follows a pair of astronomers, Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence, who try to warn everyone on Earth that a giant meteorite will destroy the planet in six months. Alongside DiCaprio and Lawrence is a star-studded cast including Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill, Rob Morgan, Cate Blanchett, Himesh Patel, Timothée Chalamet, Ariana Grande, Kid Cudi, Matthew Perry and Tomer Sisley.

The Netflix film also filmed scenes in Canton, Chicopee, Fall River, North Attleborough, Norton, Salisbury, Westborough, Weymouth and Worcester, Boston.com reports.

The news outlet identified the Financial District in several shots, Devonshire Street at the 41-second mark and the restaurant Howl at the Moon at the 45-second mark.

The film will be in theaters on Dec. 10 and debut on Netflix on Dec. 24. Below, you can watch the official full trailer for the movie.
